We take this opportunity to invite you 2nd Stairs Cup; will be held on 13 and 14 January 2018 at Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya, Surajmal Vihar, Delhi-110092. Interested Teams from Public and Govt. schools, football clubs, NGO Teams, Football academies are invited to participate in this event.

Age Group: Under-14 boys (1-1-2004)
Document Required: School ID, Aadhar Card.
Last Date of Registration: 11 January’2018.

Rules, Regulations and Guidelines:
1. The matches will be played on league cum knockout basis.
2. A team can have maximum of 10 players and those cannot be changes after registration.
3. The tournament will be played on U-14 CATEGORY (Born on/after 1-1-2004)
4. Entry fee is 2,000/- per team. It can be paid by cash only. Last date for entry is 11th January’2018 but on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Limited Teams are invited.
5. PLAYERS ARE STRICTLY ALLOWED TO PLAY WITH STOCKINGS AND SHIN PADS.
6. Matches will be played in two halves of 15 minutes each on continuous basis.
7. All the matches will be played on 7a side basis. Team size would be 10 players.
8. Indiscipline of any player/coach/manager will lead to expulsion of the team from the tournament.
9. Players must bring their original school I-CARD/ ADHAR CARD and must be in their playing kit.
10. For age proof player bring school ID, Aadhar card or passport in original.
11. Kit may be of any color should be same for all, However, bibs will be provided by the organizers to the teams for playing matches.
12. There is no provision for re-entry of any team.
13. Decision of the referee will be final and abiding.
14. Protest if any shall be entertained only when it is lodged in return to organizing secretary with Rs 1000/- s protest fee within 15 minutes of completion of matches.
