Badminton Head Coach

Direct assigned Assistant Coaches in the overall planning and execution of the badminton program.
Monitor progress and status of trainees, implementing action plans through appropriate means when needed.
Monitor and maintain the discipline and conduct of students to support the
image and reputation of the badminton program.
Plan coaching and practice sessions in accordance with academy guidelines.
Coach the trainees individually and in groups, and demonstrate game techniques.
Oversee the strength and conditioning for trainees.
Manage all operational and administrative activities for the sport.
Promote the training program through various tournaments.
Ensure adherence to all Association and BWF rules.
